Tanya and Baja Cleanse have become a highlight to my year. This was my 4th time returning to the the Blue Wave Retreat with my best friend ... we love the authentic and unique experience that Tanya offers. The Baja Cleanse retreat offers an opportunity to unwind from our busy lives, reset our nervous system, settle into our bodies. Tanya is such a wonderful person and offers a new perspective on how to live our lives with integrity to our bodies and the land. ...The detoxing can bring up emotions and feelings, and this is the perfect place to allow it. I had an amazing experience at the Blue Wave Retreat by Baja Cleanse. Tanya was an excellent host and provided some delightful fresh foods and juices. She also taught me about my body and how to safely detox. The property is tranquil and a very short walk to the beautiful Sea of Cortez. I was the only person and enjoyed daily swimming in the warm sea. I was offered snorkeling equipment and took full advantage viewing the many fish just minutes from my casita. Tanya took me to some geothermal water in the mountings that was divine. I also had several massages and a facial. If you want to learn how to detox your body in real time and need to chill out I highly recommend Blue Wave!

There is nothing quite like the baja cleanse experience, nor like the wise, hilarious and inspirational owner Tanya. She will make you feel right at home the moment she picks you up at the airport. The whole experience is very organic- a little rugged and wild, yet comfortable with all the amenities you could need for a week of stripping down to your true essence. It’s authentic; it’s a time devoted to getting raw and honest about your health and your life. Tanya will guide you through the detoxification process and teach you how you can detox yourself at home; she doesn’t make you reliant on her. If you’re a seeker with a love of nature and adventure and want to embody your highest self, Blue Wave fits the bill. It is quite the portal if you are willing and ready to go deep!! Baja Cleanse changed my life and I will be back for more upgrades from the magical land and its equally magical steward, Tanya.

I strongly believe I was destined to cross paths with Tanya, seeing how positively my time at Baja Cleanse has transformed my life. Challenged with skin issues and in a state of emotional distress, I had become obsessed with ‘getting fixed’ – running from practitioner to practitioner for answers. It was Tanya who opened my eyes and helped me reconnect with myself to access my inner wisdom and find that all the answers were already there. I was able to see and understand the patterns deeply rooted in my subconscious and with Tanya’s gentle guidance and support laid the foundation for spiritual, emotional and physical healing.
