There’s no set schedule of workshops here. Tanya designs every retreat around the person arriving, what your body’s asking for today, not who you were a year ago.
Health and vitality, spiritual awareness, and cleansing on the emotional and cellular level all move together, at your pace.
Some guests want the full program: liver flushes, coaching, energy work, all four levels. Others want the quiet, the ocean, and just enough structure to hold them. Both are the retreat.
