Blue Wave promotes a body reset through stabilizing blood sugar and pH levels with a one-day fast, followed by raw food and Ayurvedic eating. We encourage mindful eating, offer organic raw dishes, Ayurvedic teas, and emphasize listening to body signals to differentiate hunger from thirst.

Custom Designed Yoga
We provide custom yoga sessions with various styles like Vinyasa Flow, Hatha, Chakra, Power, Ashtanga, and Kundalini. The practice includes prolonged postures, core strength emphasis, and a consistent series of 20 poses on each side, based on 4 principles.
